Returns & Refunds

At MaryAlicebyEmily, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🌿 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to process.

Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Items returned in a used or damaged condition (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or dispatched.
