All products are designed and created by Mary Alice by Emily. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products

Each item is handmade or carefully prepared, meaning slight variations may occur. Colours may also vary slightly due to screen settings.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

Delivery

Processing and delivery times are outlined on our Delivery Information page. While we aim to meet these time-frames, delays caused by postal services are outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or dispatched.

Your personal information is used only to process and deliver your order. We do not share your details with third parties, except where necessary (e.g. shipping providers).
